Order processing time from 1 to 7 business days from the day of payment. But usually it takes 3-5 days. Please remember the time difference, Ukraine is GMT+2.
VERY HELPFUL TIP for receiving any international mail:
When you receive a registered priority mail package, you will have to sign for it.
BEFORE SIGNING - PLEASE check the packaging being whole and not damaged. If something seems wrong - wet paper, smashed box or envelope, obvious damage or loss or marks from the postal service about damage/loss - do not sign and have the postal service worker issue the official act of damaged or lost item. This act can serve as a proof to receive a compensation for lost or damaged item(s) - this is the postal service responsibility and not the buyers or seller's.
I use Ukrainian postal service. Postal costs indicated in item descriptions include delivery by registered air mail. Tracking number provided for every parcel. For orders including more than one item shipping costs will be calculated on individual basis.
International delivery takes from 2 to 4 weeks for most of Europe, US and Canada, may be up to 8 weeks for Australia. In some cases delivery takes longer (due to customs) and I have no control over it. Please make sure you have enough time if you make an order for a gift on a special event or a holiday.
